REFUNDS

Before I start

Full refund, no questions. If you have paid and not yet sent stems — or sent them and I have not started — email me and you get your money back.

After the first mix

Once you have received a first mix, the work is done and the fee is earned. What you get instead is revisions: I keep working until the mix is right, within the revisions on your package.

If I cannot do the job

Sometimes source audio cannot be saved — heavy clipping, a phone recording, a room that swallowed the vocal. If I decide I cannot get it to a standard worth releasing, I refund you in full and tell you exactly what went wrong with the recording. That is on me, not on you.

If I miss the deadline

If I miss the turnaround on your package and have not agreed a new date with you, ask and I will refund the rush difference — or the whole fee if the delay made the release pointless.

How to ask

Email tylergothat@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually land within five to ten business days.
